The Big Bow Company specialises in designing and creating statement bows and ribbon installations that transform buildings, vehicles and spaces into something truly memorable.

Founded in 2017 by Sue Jerges, the company was born from a simple idea: there was a clear gap in the UK market for beautifully made bows designed specifically for buildings.

What began as careful experimentation with materials, scale and construction quickly evolved into a specialist craft. From the outset, the focus has been on creating bows that are not only visually striking, but also robust enough to withstand the British weather and be reused for many seasons to come.

Since those early beginnings, The Big Bow Company has had the pleasure of working with an extraordinary range of clients and properties. Our installations have dressed everything from charming cottages, pubs and B&Bs to grand hotels, retail stores and landmark buildings including Claridge’s, Harewood House and the iconic Television Centre in London.

While Christmas is our busiest time of year, our work continues throughout the seasons. We collaborate with developers, housebuilders, dealerships and brands to dress show homes, wrap vehicles and elevate ribbon-cutting moments into something far more special.

Every bow is designed and made in the UK, crafted with care and installed with precision. Whether it is our classic red bestseller or a completely bespoke creation, our aim is always the same: to create a striking visual moment that captures attention and brings a building to life.
